Founded in 1997 by Michel Ahern as part of the project to revitalize the Simpsons building in downtown Montreal, Ahern Real Estate Corporation provides specialized services in:

- Real Estate Development;
- Real Estate Consultant Services;
- Leasing.
Its corporate mission is to develop the real estate sector in Quebec and Canada, to offer real estate consultant services and to take care of day-to-day property management operations for investors.
Ahern Real Estate Corporation now has a team of over a dozen people in different management and service capacities. Its President, Philippe Leduc, has extensive experience in management, leasing and commercial property development, while David Court, Vice-President, has in-depth knowledge of the real estate sector.
Ahern Real Estate Corporation Inc. manages a portfolio of high-profile properties totaling some $300 million. With extensive knowledge of the urban environment, the company has made a name of itself in real estate development in major cities.
