Our History
In 1997, Michel Ahern founded the Ahern Real Estate Corporation to revitalize the Simpsons building in downtown Montreal. Since then, we’ve provided specialized services in the fields of property management, leasing, and real estate development/consulting.
Our corporate mission is to develop the real estate sector in Quebec and Ontario. With a team of highly experienced and skilled individuals, we’re consistently able to provide the aforementioned services to all of our clients.
For years, we’ve empowered the growth of communities like Montreal and Toronto. With a successful track record of creating and restructuring significant commercial development projects, Ahern has the expertise to provide high-quality services that meet the needs of various properties.
