Philippe Leduc, M.B.A., C. Adm., Real Estate Broker

Philippe Leduc has been active in real estate for more than thirty years. During this time, he developed a solid expertise in managing shopping centers. He had held a variety of senior positions in property management with such firms as Westcliff Group, the société en commandite Les Cours Mont-Royal, Magil Laurentian Realty Corporation and Ivanhoé (today Invahoé Cambridge). Before joining Ahern Real Estate Corporation Inc. in 1995, he was General Manager of Place Montréal Trust.
Ahern Real Estate Corporation Inc. has benefited from his experience and dynamism, most notably through his participation in the management of Marché-Central (almost 800,000 sq. ft. of retail leasable area) and in the redevelopment of the Simpson Building (Carrefour Industrielle Alliance).
In 2011, Philippe Leduc was in charge of the project of the Carrefour Industrielle Alliance food court renovation.
In Ontario, he is participating in the redevelopment of various commercial properties.
David Court, M.A., Real Estate Broker

David Court has been active in real estate for more than forty years and is an active member of ICSC and ULI Toronto. An astute businessman with exceptional analytical abilities, he has developed a reputation as very able negotiator. During his career, he has held various management positions, notably with Marathon Realty Corporation, Cairns Development of Regina, Saskatchewan, Sutter Hill Developments and Ivanhoe Inc., and has managed major commercial property portfolios, including one with an area of over 2 million sq. ft. He has also been an independent consultant engaged in the acquisition, redevelopment and leasing of a number of properties including College Park (Phase II) in Toronto.
Since joining Ahern Real Estate Corporation Inc. in 1997, David Court has been involved in redeveloping the Simpson Building (Carrefour Industrielle Alliance).
He is in charge of the properties managed by Ahern Real Estate Corporation Inc. located in Ontario.
Paul Geier, CPM®, RPA®, FMA®, ARP®
Senior Property Manager
Paul Geier has been in the management industry for thirty plus years and is an active member in the Real Estate Institute of Canada and BOMI International. Paul has been involved with management that includes asset management, property management, facility management, property development/redevelopment and hotel management. Management has included commercial, industrial, retail, residential condominiums, class “A” office buildings, multi-residential rental properties, non-profit residential, an apartment hotel, government facilities and commissioned two new office buildings. Over the years Paul has continually worked on furthering his professional development obtaining His CPM® in 1994, his his ARP® in 2000, his RPA® in 2010, his FMA® 2018 and is currently working towards BOMI-HP®.
